You can pay either with your Credit Card or your Paypal Account. These two options are available to provide you with the most secure online payment methods currently available.
Arrival times are agreed by appointment between 4pm and 7pm.
Appointments must be made at least one week before the arrival date.
They must be confirmed at the time of arrival at the station, at the airport, or in the case of car travel one hour before the scheduled arrival time. A final call should be made when you arrive at the meeting point.
Departure times are before 10 am.

Cancellation insurance

If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you will receive a full refund of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation.
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, the cancellation fee corresponds to the amount of the deposit already paid or the total amount if the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay.

Civil liability insurance

The tenant is liable for all damages arising from his fault, he is required to be insured by a civil liability insurance contract. A certificate of insurance may be requested from the tenant upon arrival.
Usually, home insurance contracts include a holiday clause, which covers this type of risk.
If your multi-risk home insurance policy includes a holiday clause, your insurer will quickly issue you a certificate for the duration of your stay.

Many rental agencies ask you to go to the agency to pick up the keys to your apartment. This is not the best option for you, sometimes the agency is far from the apartment and if you are not familiar with the city, it can be difficult.
To make your arrival as easy as possible, with PLACES TO BE, you will receive the necessary instructions to meet a member of our team at the apartment.
Your host will bring you the keys and provide you with all the necessary information about how the apartment works and how to discover the city and/or region.
You will be asked for a security deposit, it is necessary in order to cover any damage. The amount of the security deposit is 500 euros. It will be collected by the portal at the time of booking.
The rental price includes:
  • Reception during opening hours
  • Wifi and television

  • The household

If your arrival is delayed, please notify the host as soon as possible by phone. Don't forget to write down the host's contact information and bring it with you while you are traveling.

Rules must be observed during the stay:

If you lose your keys and cannot enter the apartment, a member of our team will get to the premises as quickly as possible in order to open the door. This service will be charged 20 euros (40 euros after 7PM and on Sunday). For each set of keys not returned on departure you will be charged 100 euros.
